VIZIO E320VA – Purchased this being a present for my 80-year-old mother and father. They hated it. The Tru-Surround and Tru-Volume ended up worthless. The volume would go from “can’t hear” to “deafening” arbitrarily regardless of the viewing source. The sensor for ambient light would make the display screen go nearly black. When I turned off these 3 solutions & adjusted the sound and picture, it sounded as though the actors ended up speaking out of tin cans. Never got the picture to stay anywhere close to right for the mother and father. Lucky Amazon let me return it. Got a 32″ Philips LCD tv to replace this and so far they love the Philips. Caveat Emptor.
